Since STS-MC has been benefiting from the Malaysian national astronaut program, it is celebrating the first anniversary of the program this month of October. Since October last year, the astronaut has been campaigning and promoting the program to the public. However, STS-MC appears to be the most obvious community, which benefit the most from the campaign and promotion, because unintentionally, the astronaut has been promoting space tourism.
Therefore, STS-MC is celebrating the first anniversary of the astronaut program by launching a program called M-R2D2, stands for Malaysian Research for Rocketplane Design & Development with Swiss Propulsion Laboratory (SPL) as the partner.
